Eligibility and purpose

This platform is exclusively for adults (18 or older; higher where local law requires) who are legally free to marry and genuinely seeking marriage. It is not a casual dating service. By registering you confirm your information is truthful, the photos are of you, and you are not currently married unless your profile clearly and lawfully states otherwise.

Your conduct

You agree not to: create fake or misleading profiles; harass, abuse, or threaten any member; request money or financial information from members; use the platform for commercial solicitation; share other members' information outside the platform; attempt to bypass safety systems; or upload unlawful or indecent content. Violations lead to content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban — with referral to law enforcement where warranted.

Verification and moderation

Photos are reviewed before publication. Messages are automatically screened for scam and abuse patterns and may be reviewed by trained safety staff when flagged. Verified badges indicate our staff reviewed supporting documents, but no verification system is infallible — you remain responsible for your own diligence, and our Safety Tips are part of these terms by reference.

Memberships and payments

Paid plans unlock the features described at purchase. Subscriptions renew for the period purchased; manual payments (bank transfer, mobile wallets) activate after verification by our finance team, normally within one business day. Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with consumer law in your jurisdiction; completed months of service are generally non-refundable.

Our role and limits of liability

We provide introductions, tools, and safety systems — we do not guarantee marriage, compatibility, or the conduct of any member. Decisions to meet, share information, or marry are yours and your family's alone. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Termination and changes

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
